Ben Hillel is a managing partner at Gambit Legal APC.

Ben is an attorney with significant experience in areas of law including, but not limited to,
intellectual property, contract disputes, civil rights litigation, and, most importantly, landlord-
tenant law.

In terms of his educational background, Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and
Developmental Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, as well as a law degree
from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.

Ben has personally worked on over 700 eviction cases in his career and fights for each and
every one of his clients as if they were his own family. The breadth of his experience in this area
comes from his work with one of the largest law firms specializing in unlawful detainer in the
state of California. He has tackled almost every issue imaginable in landlord-tenant law,
including, but not limited to, habitability, rent control ordinances, and more.

Ben prides himself on providing each client with a personalized experience in which they feel
their concerns are heard and their expectations are met. He wants each and every client to feel
that they are not navigating the highly technical and complex minefield that is landlord-tenant
law alone.

When it comes to landlord-tenant law in the state of California, cases can often be
unnecessarily time consuming, while also yielding results that are inherently inequitable and
unfair. Ben seeks to turn that paradigm on its head.
